By confirming their reservation, participants agree to be filmed during their session. The videos are kept for a duration of 48 to 72 hours, after which they are automatically deleted, unless a specific request is made by them.

The videos can be sent upon request but remain the exclusive property of MERCI INTERNET.

No recording is used for communication or broadcasting purposes without the explicit consent of the individuals concerned, and only after having been informed in advance.

In the event of deliberate or accidental damage, MERCI INTERNET reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.

The MERCI INTERNET team reserves the right to refuse game access to anyone visibly intoxicated, to ensure safety and quality of experience. In this case, a refund may be offered.

Participants are invited to take their pastry creations home after the game (preferably to keep cool).

Tasting on-site immediately after the session is quite possible and without health risks.

Best Bluffer (blind tasting) 🥄

By reserving this game, each player agrees to blindly taste potentially unusual or unfamiliar foods.

All products used are fresh, edible, and allowed for sale in France (examples: century egg, insects…).

Without explicit notification at the time of reservation, MERCI INTERNET cannot be held responsible for an allergic reaction, refusal to participate, or discomfort on-site.

A dedicated field allows to report any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking, and it is strongly recommended to use it.
