All game sessions at MERCI INTERNET are filmed to enhance the experience and allow customers to relive their visit.

By validating their reservation, participants agree to be filmed during their session. The videos are kept for a period of 48 to 72 hours, and then automatically deleted, unless expressly requested otherwise.

The videos can be sent upon request but remain the exclusive property of MERCI INTERNET.

No recordings are used for communication or broadcasting purposes without the explicit consent of the individuals concerned, and only after they have been informed in advance.

Last One Laughs Wins 💣

Participants agree to respect the equipment and facilities made available.

In the case of intentional or accidental damage, MERCI INTERNET reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.

Drunken Pastry Class 🧁

The MERCI INTERNET team reserves the right to deny access to the game to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, to ensure the safety and quality of the experience. In this case, a refund may be offered.

Participants are invited to take their pastry creations home after the game (preferably kept cool).

Tasting on-site immediately after the session is perfectly possible and without health risks.

Best Bluffer (blind tasting) 🥄

By reserving this game, each player agrees to blind-taste potentially unusual or unfamiliar foods.

All products used are fresh, edible, and permitted for sale in France (examples: century egg, insects...).

Without explicit notification at the time of reservation, MERCI INTERNET cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, refusal to participate, or discomfort on-site.

A dedicated field allows for reporting any allergies or dietary restrictions during the reservation, and it is strongly recommended to use it.
